For our own office, we chose to design it based on our Clubhouse Office concept. This wasn’t just a stylistic decision, but a deliberate strategy: to create a workplace that feels like a clubhouse, a place where people enjoy spending time because it’s a comfortable environment. A place where you leave with more knowledge than when you arrived.

Something that only becomes possible through everyday interaction between colleagues. That’s why we wanted to create an environment that strengthens hybrid working while fostering a sense of togetherness. A place where you can easily switch between focused work and informal meetings. Where you can recharge at the coffee bar or unwind with a game of pool. And where you feel: I belong here.
Our Clubhouse Office is designed with a variety of spaces that support hybrid working, from cozy seating areas for spontaneous conversations to enclosed rooms for focus. From team zones for collaboration to quiet zones for uninterrupted calls or solo brainstorming. The result is a work environment that’s not only practical but also enhances the productivity of the entire team. And let’s not forget the aesthetic aspect—the office is a style statement where we proudly welcome clients and suppliers.
Every day, we experience the benefits of this work environment. Colleagues enjoy coming here, even on days when working from home would be just as easy. Because the office offers something extra: an inspiring atmosphere, opportunities for connection, and the feeling of being part of something bigger.
