Maasdael, a company in the financial services sector, had outgrown its space and decided to relocate. They brought in Context Company to oversee the project management. Context Company then approached Ontwerp 74 for the interior design and asked us to supply and install the furniture. We delivered the project within budget and on schedule, fully relieving the client of any concerns, with a result to be proud of!

The new Maasdael office is based in a monumental building on the Westersingel in Rotterdam. The classic elements of this beautiful building have been preserved and combined with a modern interior. This creates a stylish contrast of marble floors, authentic ceiling ornaments, and sleek design furniture.
Working within the established budgets, we actively contributed ideas about the different possibilities. In addition to supplying the loose furniture, we played a key role in coordinating the blinds and lighting. Based on the architect’s design, we developed a technical lighting plan. The blinds not only enhance the atmosphere but also provide privacy and effective sun protection.
