As an IT consultancy, many of Meant2B’s employees work on-site with clients. Because of this, their office needed to be more than just a workspace—it had to support meetings, collaboration, and client receptions.

The ground floor was transformed into a warm, multifunctional space for work, meetings, and informal gatherings. The first floor houses workstations, sit-stand desks, a cozy lounge area, and a meeting room with train booths and a whiteboard for brainstorming. In the executive office, the homely style continues with natural materials and soft textures.

By providing a turnkey solution, we delivered a fully transformed office, ensuring a stylish and functional space while fully relieving Meant2B of any operational disruptions.

Sustainability played a key role. Some of Meant2B’s existing furniture was rewrapped to seamlessly integrate with the new interior, along with the air conditioning units, creating a more refined appearance with their sleek black finish. We repurposed Meant2B’s desks, adding custom acoustic partitions with sustainable fabric from our The Green Lab collection. Even the new sofas and train booths were chosen with sustainability in mind.
