Together, we take a close look at your needs and goals. How can your office environment contribute to the growth and productivity of your company? We analyse the (required) space, functions and style that best fit your organization. All of this is then translated into a workplace concept, in which all key themes are worked out.
Design
Our experts create an inspiring design that perfectly reflects your company culture and approach. We start with a preliminary design to give you a clear idea of how your office space could look after a redesign, renovation, or relocation. Following the presentation of this preliminary design, we incorporate your feedback to develop the final design. At this stage, we also provide a final cost estimate.
Work preperation
Once approved, we turn the design into a concrete and feasible plan, always taking a pragmatic approach to every project. From materials and colors to technical details and scheduling, everything is carefully prepared to ensure smooth execution. In this phase, we actively seek out the best partners and subcontractors to work with us in bringing the project to a successful completion.
Execution
The executing parties get to work on realizing your office design. From structural adjustments to furniture installation, we ensure everything is delivered on time, within budget, and as agreed. Throughout the process, we are present on-site to keep everything on track. You have a single point of contact, so everything is taken off your hands, ensuring the entire process runs smoothly.

What does a complete office design with a turnkey approach entail?
Turnkey (like Design & Build) is a term often used in the (re)design and construction or completion of office environments. The meaning of turnkey can be loosely translated as ‘key in the door’. In other words, everything is ready to start work immediately. All you have to do is turn the key and you’re in business. There is one party that takes care of everything from the drawing board to the delivery of the entire design and/or finishing of your commercial premises.
Do you work with regular contractors?
Thanks to our extensive experience with a wide range of projects, we now work with several trusted contractors and partners. We know the quality of their work and can coordinate with them quickly and efficiently. At the same time, we are always open to collaborating with new partners — for example, if you have had good experiences with certain contractors and would like to involve them.
How is the lead time of an office fit-out determined?
The lead time is determined by several factors, such as the speed of decision-making, supplier lead times, the timing of execution, and local conditions. In our our 5-step plan on pages 26 and 27, you will find the timelines we typically follow for each phase.
